African wood mask Hand Carved Wall Hanging Dan Dean Gle mask for wall-G2543

Old and rare small Dan mask (Coast). Probably a box mask, whose metal blade allowed it to be driven into the ground. It represents a typical Dan shaped face with a frontal rib extending with the nose. The eyes are metal and painted. The back of the mask is covered and dressed in a red fabric, itself decorated with cowries. Wood with used patina.
